Monkey Joe's, 171 Newland Road: Summer 2013 3 comments
In my recent closing on the Lexington Monkey Joe's, I mentioned that I thought the Northeast location was still open. Well, I was wrong about that, and commenter Andrew set me straight, pointing out that commenter Miz Terry raised the issue of the Northeast closure right here, and that commenter badger had confirmed it.
Somehow I completely forgot those comments..
At any rate, the Northeast Monkey Joe's was on Newland Road, which is off of Clemson just south of I-20 (near the big flag car dealership). Although the building is now Awaken Church, you can look at it and immediately tell who the first tenant was.

Subway, 10115 Garners Ferry Road: 2014 3 comments
This Subway was way out on Garners Ferry in Eastover, next to the Hot Spot. Restaurants are pretty thin on the ground in this area, especially national chains, so I was a bit surprised to hear they had closed, yet not too surprised because customers are pretty spread out as well.

UPDATE 17 June 2022 -- Updating tags, and adding a possible closing date and map icon.
Computer Repair & Sales, 7362 Two Notch Road: Fall 2014 no comments
Here's another vacant storefront in Tillman's Plaza on Two Notch. I happened to glace across the street as I was at Kinko's, printing some documents and noticed it was gone.

Prestige Appliance, 5140 Sunset Boulevard: October 2014 (moved) 2 comments
There was a lot of back and forth in the comments about this move, but I believe commenter James R was the first to mention that Prestige Appliance on Sunset Boulevard was gone.
In fact though it was a move, not a closing, and they have set up business at 3905 Fernandina Road in the old Fireplace Center / Southeastern Stone building:

Arby's, 1222 Charleston Highway: November 2014 (Open Again) 10 comments
Commenter MrBill points out the Cayce "Arby's" is "temporarily closed".
I can't add any explanation to that, but I can say that there were staff inside, busily doing *something*, so I would expect that this closing really is temporary, unlike many so announced.

UPDATE 25 November 2014: Commenter Andrew reports this place as open again, so I have updated the post title to reflect that.
UPDATE 17 February 2023: Updating tags and adding map icon.

Bundrick's Kar Kare / Pope Davis Tire & Alignment, 2368 Taylor Street: Summer 2014 9 comments
Commenter Matt points out that the Pope Davis on the corner of Taylor and Millwood has closed.
This was one of those open-air auto operations that you don't see much anymore -- certainly no more in this style are being built. (And some, like this have been knocked down.)
You can stll see the Bundrick's label scar on the awning. The building is still apparently owned by Pope Davis as it has not been emptied, and as yet there is no For Sale sign.
