There are certain places in town that just seem to be cursed as far as attracting stable tenants. Here are a few:
If you want to locate in any of those spaces, Good Luck With That!, and in fact I mean that sincerely: The curse can be broken, for instance Boeshreen seems to have done it, but expect to put in some extra work and knock wood!

Near Springdale

The grey building in Springdale, across from Dollar General. 2931 Platt Springs Road. It's currently a used car business. Has been a "spiritual wellness" place, antique shop, day care center, and gift shop. I _think_ I remember seeing a sign for a different car business at some point, which never opened.
