Fabuless Boutique, LLC, 7011 Saint Andrews Rd, Suite 4: Early 2015 no comments
As best I can tell from their Facebook page, Fabuless Boutique probably closed sometime early in 2015, or at least the last post there is from December 2014.
I noticed the space for lease as I was driving by in late December 2015, so that makes this vacancy about a year in length, though the Murraywood Centre in general seems to be doing fairly well.
Palmetto Beauty & Wigs, 6801 Saint Andrews Road: 27 June 2014 no comments
If you look at the right of the first picture above, you can (barely) see Palmetto Beauty & Wigs in operation back in June 2013. Looking at their Facebook page it seems that they carried on for about another year, closing on 27 June 2014, which would mean this slot in Irmo's Quail Valley Plaza has been vacant for about a year and a half.
Star Music, 6169 Saint Andrews Road #150: 15 May 2015 1 comment
Star Music in the Seven Oaks Shopping Center has closed their storefront and moved in with adjacent Hannah Piano. According to their sign, they are looking for another Irmo location, and remain open on Two Notch & Assembly Street.
Eagle Cleaners, 6281 Saint Andrews Road: 20 December 2014 1 comment
I did a closing for this Eagle's when it moved from it's old location further down SAR to this spot. Now it appears that they have left Irmo entirely, though they still have stores in the Midlands.
Bob Andrews Motors, 6167 Saint Andrews Road: 2014 1 comment
I've mentioned the Harden Street and Two Notch locations of Bob Andrews Motors, but I was really unaware that they had this Irmo location on Saint Andrews Road at Seven Oaks Shopping Center.
As is almost mandatory nowdays, the place has become a Title Loan outfit.

Pizza Hut, 621 Saint Andrews Road: March 2015 5 comments
Well, I don't know why this Pizza Hut closed, but just having visited once, to take these pictures, I can hazard a guess as to a contributing factor: The exit to St. Andrews Road is terrible. I drove around the building on the old drive-through route, and found that when I came out in front of the building again, there was not enough room to get my car pointed to the right and exit onto SAR headed for Tram Street. Granted some cars have a better turning radius, but still it's not well designed, and due to space constraints probably cannot be well designed.
I think it's interesting that the building is of the current generation of Pizza Hut designs. I'm more used to seeing the old style ones (like this and this) closed.

UPDATE 16 February 2016 -- As mentioned in the comments, the Domino's in this location is now open, and has been for a while:
Mrs. C's Laundry, 535 Saint Andrews Road: Early 2015 2 comments
As commenter Andrew noted, Mrs. C's Laundry, next to Dutch Cleaners in the IGA plaza (which seems to have no name) has shut down.

Firefly Toys & Games, 5060 Sunset Boulevard: September 2014 (moved) 4 comments
I had driven past this Firefly location dozens of times over the past year or so, and never really cosidered the "& Games" part of the Firefly name. Since it was a bit off the beaten path, I had it mentally pegged as some sort of specialty toy store, perhaps educational toys, but never really considered that the "games" might be for "gamers".
In the event, it appears that they are, and the new location at 657 Saint Andrews Road continues to host gaming events.

Columbia King Buffet, 109 Woodland Hills Road: August 2014 28 comments
There seems to be some dispute whether this building is at 109 Woodland Hills Road or 788 Saint Andrews Road. The yellow pages listing and the '109' on their mailbox settles it for me as the first. There's also a bit of a discrepancy between the "closed for remodeling" signs at the front door, and the realty sign by the curb. I believe in this case the bigger sign wins, and this building is now on the market.
As you might guess just from the 'look', this rather large and rambling faux tudor building once housed one of Columbia's two Steak & Ale restaurants.
