The UPS Store, 1013-F Broad River Road: July 2011 4 comments
This little storefront in the Food Lion plaza between Greystone and Brevard, was a UPS Store. This review says that they were having problems for a while, and I wonder if that suggests that the copier which appears to still be in there was unfixable.
I believe that a contract Post Office opened fairly recently at Boozer Shopping Center, so there are still shipping resources in the general area.

folks, I noticed that there seemed to be a fair amount of construction work going on...a further search of the site plan on DLC Mgmt's site reveals that a place called Peking Wok is about to open up here (sounds like an Asian restaurant)

Peking Wok II is now going at this site, but now the CVS within walking distance of this at 1013 Broad River Road has closed...Rite Aid at nearby 1501 Broad River Rd has a tarp welcoming their pharmacy customers (meaning that's where the pharmacy records were transferred to)...

Good bet that the copier is leased and the copier company is either not yet aware of the closing or hasn't made arrangements to pick up the copier yet.
