You can see why this office might want to move: being co-located with a departed convenience store of some kind is not ideal. Looking up the phone number, it appears they are now at 2700 Broad River Road, which is the plaza across the street from Rush's.

UPDATE 13 March 2023 -- Still no new tenant here, but the Liberty signage is down:

  1. This at one time was a 7-11 ..there were two of them on St. Andrews Rd. The original one at the bottom of the hill, and for some reason they built a 2nd one which is this one. Dont remember how long it lasted though, but I dont think all that long.

  2. I recall this being a long-time Domino's Pizza. A guy I went to high school with worked there for many years. As a child growing up in Whitehall in the 1970s and 1980s I remember this area as a bustling shopping and restaurant section. It's sad to see it in such decline.

  3. What happened with the Dominio's that 59 Ford Wheelman referenced is this: as mentioned it was there for years but then the Pizza Hut up the road closed several years ago (and did feature here) Domino's moved into it and has been there ever since...I think it was a nice location upgrade as well as a chance to have interior seating which I hate that most pizza places (Buck's, Little Caesars, Papa John's, etc.) lack.

I know it can't be vacant forever but I don't know what it'd be a good fit for. The thing that concerns me is that it's at the bottom of a hill and the fact that it doesn't sync with the signal at Ashland and those are two strikes against it.

  4. In the last couple of weeks or so I've noticed signs of construction on this site (stay tuned for updates as things develop)...

  5. Can’t remember which side it was, coexisting with Domino’s, but BC Printers was there.

  6. Now that Jonathan mentions it, I have a hazy recollection of the BC Printers place being in the space Liberty Tax used to occupy back in the mid-late 90s…
