The derelict Service Merchandise is on the East side of US-19 in Pasco County Florida.
The church for lease is on the West side of US-41 somewhere North of Land O'Lakes Florida.
The CompUSA turned flea-market is on the North side of US-192 in Melbourne Florida.
The abandoned dry-cleaner, corner convenience store and rocky pawn shop are in various spots in Cocoa Florida.
The marsh with dock and beach scene are from Pawleys Island SC.
The canal with clouds scene is from the South side of US-192 West of Melbourne.
Hellas restaurant and its neon hoplite are on the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs Florida.
All the dinosaurs are from Dinosaur World just of of I-4 in Plant City Florida.
The abondoned Tourist Information Center is on the South side of US-192 in Kissimmee Florida.
The abandoned Knight's Inn, Salt Island Restaurant, and Bennigan's are on International Drive in Orlando.
The demolished Tangerine Cove motel was in Crescent City Florida on the East side of US-17.

I drove past Dinosaur World hundreds of times when I lived in Florida, and I never once stopped there because I just knew the best part of it was what I could see from interstate. But, I was wrong, the rest of it looks to be just as cheesetacular.
I'm really surprised anything is sitting empty on I-Drive for very long. Bennigan's closed most of their locations two or three years ago, and that road is so jam-packed with tourists year-round that you'd think someone would have built something else there by now.

I enjoyed the heck out of Dinosaur World. I don't know how today's kids would feel about anything non animatronic...
There is quite a lot of empty space on International Drive. I'm sure some of it's retail churn, but as you say, the Bennigan's has been on the market for a couple of years. Here's some others:

I don't know why I didn't mention this sooner, but March 19, the USPS Columbia AMF on the cargo ramp at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport closed. It is located at 3501 Air Commerce Drive off of Platt Springs Road.
