Judging from their Facebook page, Holly's Famous Hot Dogs sadly had a death in the family last summer, and have not reopened.

Reopening as La Poblanita. Mexican fast food. Don't know if it is related to the one on Decker Blvd.

As others have stated, it's now Taqueria la Poblanita; they have 2 locations that I know of - this one, and an actual sit-down restaurant in the strip behind Bojangles near Midlands Tech Airport campus. I haven't tried the restaurant, but this "food truck" location is quite good. Good food, service, and prices.
