It looks like this old gas station at the corner of Two Notch and Germany Street is vacant again.
T T & B was the follow-on operation to Auto Selection, which was the follow-on to K & C Radiator Center, so the car theme has been pretty consistent.

I looked this property up on the Richland County website and found something that may be interesting or not to some people.
The owners of this property since 1986 are...Cho Kum Cha
Ja Kwon He

Yeah, on that corner it probably won't prosper, but the twin building on Devine is doing OK
