Commenter Mr. BO sends these pictures saying that he was a satisfied customer.

This would be right next to the former Steve's Subs, and in fact a number of storefronts in this plaza have featured here over the years.

The sign on the window said Walk Ins Welcome, but they wouldn't cut my hair until I gave them some information. I was ok with giving my name but the girl asked for my phone number and email address. I stated that all I wanted was a haircut and didn't need to give that data and she was adamant about it so I left and never returned.

As a former business owner, you should NEVER allow a paying customer to walk away. They took the time to come to your shop specifically and you drove them away.
