Rite Aid, 500 West Main Street (Lexington): 15 June 2018 3 comments
If you look closely, you can see the Walgreens directly across the street at 423 West Main Street that put paid to this Rite Aid location.
I'm not sure how the other locations are doing it, but it appears this one closed for two days (13 & 14 June) to get ready for a liquidation sale on 15 June. I'm marking that as the closing date, though I suppose it could last several days.
UPDATE 3 November 2020 -- This building was razed some time ago, and construction on a new Murphy's is now well advanced:

Town on Lexington has announced this this will be turned into a Murphy's Gas Station. To say that most of the comments about this on Facebook were unkind is an understatement. One person that commented did note that part of the opening was reworking the traffic flow at this intersection. I guess only time will tell on that one.

Folks this building has been demolished and is now a construction site (wish it could've been more parking for Shoppes at Flight Deck)...

At one time this was the largest Eckerd's, in terms of sales, in the Columbia market.
