McAlister's Deli, 119 Sparkleberry Lane: 6 September 2014 (moved) 9 comments
Commenter Bobby notes that this McAlister's Deli at the corner of Sparkleberry Lane and Graces Way will be moving down Two Notch soon to set up shop by Hobby Lobby.
If I am reading this historical listing right, then the property has been sold once in the last couple of years already. (If there's a more current listing, google is not making it obvious to me).
As I think I have mentioned before, I have never really warmed up to this chain, possibly because you have to go to the counter to beg for drink refills.
(Hat tip to commenter Bobby)
UPDATE 27 October 2014 -- The move is now complete:

What Ted said about having to go to the counter for a drink refill is one of the reasons I'm not keen on eating at Chick-Fil-A and to a lesser extent Wendy's (though the newly remodeled Wendy's has the Coco-Cola Freestyle)...

I tried out the breakfast menu at Taco Bell recently and instead of having cream and sugar for coffee out for the customers they ask you how you like it and blend it for you behind the counter. BTW, the crunchy waffle sausage and cheese taco was really good.

I made a smoked sausage, chili and cheese burrito tonight that was pretty danged good.
Slice a couple of bun length Oscar Mayer bun length smoked sausages in half and fry them until crispy on the outside.
Put them in an 8" flour tortilla, top them with some onion and jalapeno slices, Hormel chili (no beans), and some grated, SHARP, Cheddar cheese.
Wrap them up and brown the whole thing on both sides, in some butter, in the same pan you fried the sausages in until the cheese melts.
Turned out pretty good since I was raiding the fridge and pantry for something to eat....

Chick fil A is pretty good about having someone come around to check and see if you need refills. McAlister's cups are just so big that I rarely need a refill unless I'm storing water in my hump for an extended desert journey.
On the other hand, I'll just about leave a restaurant that has that infernal Freestyle abomination. 101 drink combinations and inevitably there is some idiot that has to look through all of them while the rest of us in line just want some *&#$ing ice.

And when you go to get your ice for tea, they drip somebody else's drink choice on your hand and in your cup..

Old location closed, new location open. Good news for get-your-own-refill fans. Carbonated soft drinks are self-serve, they have one of the fancy Coke machines. And if you hate those, tea and lemonade are still served by the employees.

The Freestyle that Bobby is referencing has several flavors of Minute Maid Lemonade (so you can still get self-serve Lemondae via this machine). I myself have enjoyed Minute Maid lemonade with both cherry and raspberry. Though unflavored Minute Maid Lemondae is another one of the 127 beverage options this machine offers people...

I've encountered this article indicating that a place called Famous Toastery plans to open up here...

@Ted - Same for me, if this is the same chain that was in Trenholm Plaza. The food was okay but the service was lacking.
