I was picking up some printer paper at Staples today, and noticed that the Goodwill in Fashion Place on Decker Boulevard at Trenholm Road Extension will be moving from the East (back) wing of the plaza to the North wing. The grand opening is slated for 15 September, and they have a moving sale going on now.
Their destination is, of course, the former Phar-Mor / Superpetz location.

According to the site plan for Fashion Place, the original Goodwill is to become It's Fashion Metro (based on how these pics match up with bing! maps)...it also appears Goodwill will double their size at Fashion Place it appears as well as a result of this move...
It's Fashion Metro already has a location at Landmark Square in the former JoAnn Fabric (which moved into the former Goody's at Northpointe Commons). They are a division of the Cato Corporation.
