This Dairy Queen was located inside a Circle K, and apparently closed down in May of 2024. Looking at the Google reviews is amusing since they still have a bot account posting AI replies to reviews, going approximately like:
Reviewer: This place is shut down!
Bot: We're sorry we didn't delight, please give us another try!

I never understood this place.
The few times I visited, it looked like they just got done severing several busses of people. The last year I think they were closing the drive tru using cones but was still open. I was under the impression they were under staffed.

I had totally forgotten about this location as well. I tend to avoid Lexington unless I absolutely have to go there. The last DQ I ate at was the one that used to be on the corner of Ashland and St. Andrews Rds. Ancient history...:^)

@Kc - That's the one. A few games of Putt Putt, many quarters spent in the arcade followed up with a trip to DQ. Typical Saturday afternoon when I was a teenager.

I totally forgot this DQ existed lol my ex worked here from 2011-2013 dealing with a crazed manager who regularly denied any leave requests…I wonder whatever happened to her.
