Here's another former Fatz, this one on US-501 in Conway on the main drag towards the beach.

Google reviews suggest this was re-purposed as an Asian buffet sometime around 2019.

Looking at the Google Streeview images of this, there is a real estate sign on the January & May 2019 streetviews of this particular property after Fatz closed (so I'd guess that it closed in late 2018/early 2019)...the last view from May 2017 was when the Fatz was in operation and the next one was from January 2022 with this Ichiban place in operation...
