Dimp's Cafe & Grill, 3600 River Drive: Early 2018 2 comments
Dimp's Cafe & Grill was the follow-on to several restaurants here at 3600 River Drive, including at least Buck's Cafe and 3 Point Cafe & Grill. I have not gotten around to eating at any of these so far.
I'm not sure when Dimp's closed, but I drive this stretch often enough that I think I would have noticed it before now if it were any longer ago than January or February of 2018. The place is now Vibes though they do not yet have a sign on the building itself.

The Verizon store is now closed on Two Notch Rd.in front of Columbia Place Mall and there are no signs?

This location is just a little to far out to attract enough customers to stay n business. It is located approximately close to and across the street from where the Edna's most recently closed. My son lives just off of River Drive and we have been seeing a recent resurgence of business openings and activity along Main Street from Elmwood towards north main street. The buzz is that area is the next big thing in Columbia to resemble the Vista.
