Continuing yesterday's barbecue theme..
I don't see any work going on here, but the signs claim they will be back, so I'm marking this closing as "Temporary" and we'll see what happens.
I've only eaten Maurice's at the flagship store once or twice, and it was fine. I've never been to this location, and I have to say it's a bit of a bear to get in and out of. In the event, I decided to go on past and park in the Firefly parking lot.

I went by there yesterday and the marquee said that "something new is coming." No other details were given.

@Ted-you can drop "temporary", the closure is permanent. Saw signage on the place yesterday saying it was going to be yet another coffee place called "Hard Beans."

Drove by there Saturday. It is now a "take out hibachi" place.

@Tom -- Was it actually open though?
Back in November of '25 I commented on the Hard Bean closing (the most recent tenant at this address) that the hibachi sign was up, but in early May I pondered in Have Your Say if it was a closing that never opened because there was never any visible activity taking place.
I'm just curious if they finally opened or if it's still nothing more than signage.

@ Gypsie. Apparently it is . It's called Mikinos and they havee a Facebook page and there was a write up about them in the State.

I drove by there today it is still closed with no apparent work being done on it.
