  1. You knows his cousin Marvin?

  2. I remember when Independence Air launched Chuck Berry called it the "rebirth of rock & roll" in some ways though sadly Independence Air shut down in January 2006 :(.

No Particular Place to Go is my favorite Chuck Berry Song. Most singers I know I have 2-5 songs I like best by then and the rest I struggle to warm up to and No Particular Place to Go is that song in Chuck's case.

Chuck is now upstairs and among the company of countless other acts in that great choir upstairs (too many to list here)...

  6. So I checked and noted that there is (more than likely) not anyone named Dingle Berry but there are 133 with the name Marvin Berry...

  10. @Andrew - HAha that's hilarious, maybe even more so than Homers joke about Chuck Berry having a cousin named Dingle.
I mean... that WAS a joke right? You didn't REALLLY do a people search for Dingle Berry did you?

Shoot, maybe I'll people search Dingle Berry. I'll let you know what I find. Will probably just be a stinky, small round, hanging hair ball.

Haha, now I'm making myself laugh.
Dear Lord, please forgive me for making bad jokes, and bless all the people in the world with dingle berries.

  11. A lot of people don't realize Chuck had a nephew named Franklin Nathaniel. He worked in development at General Mills. Had a cereal named after him.....

  12. Homer - You are killing me. I'm not even going to let on about the cereal. Let all figure that out on their own.
I will say it made me think of Gene Wilder.

Speaking of 'Chucks' I see where Chuck Barris just passed.

  13. Without Chuck Barris the world will never be the same. We need to have a Washington, DC version of the Gong Show.

  14. I did a little checking and found out that the cereal Homer mentioned is part of General Mills' line of Monster cereals
