Learn something new every day. I'm pretty sure I've never seen one before. It still appears to me that this is a paste-over on a Days Inn sign though..

Apparently there is a Days Hotel Boston as well as Days Hotel Brunswick in New Jersey...as well as one near the Oakland Airport

The Hilton Garden Inn on 48th Street and 8th Avenue in New York City was once a Days Hotel. Not a great hotel, but it wasn't all that bad for the money.

A simple PC Tools web search leads to other Days Hotels in places such as Newark, Meuthen (MA) and even Lacrosse, WI (LSE) but I was wondering where the one Ted is mentioning here is located...

Don't think they are trying to. Days Hotel is a more "upscale" version of Days Inn. It has more amenities.
There was a really, really streamlined Days property in Nashville called "Days Stop" which I gather has less amenities than Days Inn (if that's possible).
