These (not particularly good -- I was on my way somewhere else) pictures are from 20 May 2023, the grand opening of The Dales Biergarten and Bottle Shoppe, which will be closing on 17 October with a bit over two years under its belt. Taking over from wedding venue The Springdale House & Gardens, The Dales aimed to be
a family friendly Biergarten and retail shop.

The closing sites staffing issues, and the usual recent liability concerns.

This one hurts. Dales was a neat little biergarten with a solid lineup of beers and lot of tables/chairs outside. We visited on cool Fall evenings, and it was really nice. Not as trendy as WeCo or Savage but that's Ok, it was going for different vibe.
My question - what is the issue with liability insurance really about? Whenever a boogeyman like this suddenly pops up and becomes everyone's default excuse, I think there's something else going on.

it was a really neat place. I only went a couple of times. I loved that they did a lot of events with Final Victory Animal Rescue.
