This little Sammi's on Bluff Road north of the Dollar General and acroos Simmons Street from Hay Hill Garden Market has been up for sale for a couple of months. For a while, they were still open even as they tried to get rid of the building, but sometime in the last few weeks, they have thrown in the towel.
UPDATE 13 July 2014 -- Here's some pix I dug up of the place in operation:

It's actually a nice little building that would be good for a number of different businesses but, as Tonka mentioned, not a great location.
