There are only a few words in English that change meaning (and pronuciation) when capitalized, and Polish Distribution is vague enough and capitalized enough that either meaning could apply here, so the little nail polish bottle in logo is a nice disambiguation touch.

My friend, Mike (not sure if the "Mike" with that 1st comment is you man!) who owns Software Seconds....he said that JD's would be turning into possibly a chinese restaurant, as he's seen an asian couple checking JDs out lately.

I work right near here, and this place never made any sense. I always read the first word as POLE-ish, rather than PALL-ish (as in nail polish).
Either way, this shopping center is such an odd one. The guy that owns it runs the postal service center (contract unit) on the far right. He used to own Custom Pizza which used to be in the building where Little Caesar's is now. Anyway, so many little places have come and gone in here that it makes me wonder if the difficulty in getting into and out of the center makes it worth leasing for a business owner.
