Quonset Hut, corner of Blossom & Pulaski Streets: 1990s 2 comments
This Quonset hut is on the corner of Blossom & Pulaski Streets, off to the side of the overpass that the main stretch of Blossom takes. I know I have seen it in business in the past, but I can't recall as what. I think someone on another post suggested that it was an auto battery store. If that be the case, I could find no evidence of it. Indeed there doesn't seem to be any signage at all from any former lives.

This place is sometimes free parking for baseball games - Though in the 2012 season, someone was there charging for parking. I would imagine they would have to have rights from the property owner to do so - anyone know who that is? I heard from unreliable sources it was USC.
If they are charging for parking here - I park right across the street against the old warehouse / storage area - they never charge. Decent walk, but easily worth $5 or $10.

Quonset huts shown here in this picture is beautiful. Quonset huts are the synthesis of creativity with scientific approach. A sturdy and wonderful creation by steel building.
