Here is another local spot I was unaware of.

Crossings Deli at the intersection of Farrow & Parklane Roads closed around Thanksgiving, and is now soul food venue LeeBoy Kountry Kitchen.

Sad to see this one go. I worked nearby on Farrow for a number of years and would have lunch with a friend there regularly. Very good soups & sandwiches and great prices. I wish those kind folks all the best.

This one stings a bit. I used to work nearby and we'd hit up Crossings at least once a week. It was our default "Where do you wanna go for lunch?" option.

I agree with Aphid & Matthew - I worked nearby at Providence Hospital NE 2014, and this was a nice sandwich shop for lunch. Didn't have to drive over to Two Notch Road and fight that traffic. Food was always fresh and hot, and it felt like a large family was running it. Sad to see this one go.
