This isn't the first time I've seen something like this in the Dutch Square parking lot...it's some type of mobile carnival that pops up randomly...I have a recollection of seeing it once a few years back at the parking lot at East Pointe Plaza on Garners Ferry Road...I have a feeling that the fence around the recently closed Ruby Tuesday is there to dissuade people from venturing into that building...

In the past I've seen a few other rides on these types of rides but I think because of COVID concerns and the abundance of high touch points that those rides have been shelved for the time being...

Not really closed, per se. It's just gonna run a little differently this year: Drive through only; also entry will be free
