Oops! Wrong Gaston..
Here's something you don't see every day, just a few doors down from Just Dawgs -- a basically new strip mall completely undone over the course of just a few years. I'm guessing that if La Fogota could have hung in there, the place would have staggered on with musical chairs in the other slots. They seem to have over-extended themselves over the past few years though.
On the plus side, the blackberries out back are nice and succulent.

I realize Gaston was spoken of on WLTX comments (before they installed the Facebook plugin) as a community of ghetto characteristics but I wouldn't expect a meth store to have staying power anywhere...
Gaston is home to one of the closest Fred's locations to us...

When I worked at Nucor, we made the frame of this shopping center about 8 years ago. What a shame to see stuff like this all over the Columbia area.

They were drug dealing out of there and got caught so they got shut down was on the news.
