Schlotzsky's, 1305 Knox Abbott Drive: May 2024 4 comments
This Schlotzsky's looks less "closed" than the Dutch Square location, especially given that they still have their parking lot placards out, but still, given what happened there, I would be surprised to see it open again.

Forgot to mention that the notice says that they owe the landlord over $34,000 in rent.

Drove by this place the other day on my way elsewhere. It appears someone is trying to turn it into what looks to be some kind of "hot chicken" joint.
I hope the former operator was either jailed for not paying rent or otherwise sent away. Went there once and had some words with him about some comments he made about my elderly mother.
