El Rey Leon #2, 1735 Decker Boulevard Suite 75: 2013 4 comments
Well, learn something new every day. Googling this western and urban wear outlet on Decker yields the information that El Rey Leon, means The Lion King, something that make total sense once you stop to look at it closely.
Of course that just raises the further question as to how that phrase is supposed to suggest western wear, and the secondary question as to whether I should alphabetize this one under El or Rey. (Hmm, I see the phonebook uses 'El', so that's good enough for me..).

Something about the combination of 'urban' and 'western' wear just does not seem to go together. I can't picture a store selling do-rags and Jordan's along with Stetson's and cowboy boots. I can, however, see the potential for altercations between the clientele for a business like this.

Who knows...after all Richland County has a vision of reviving Decker Boulevard as Columbia's International Corridor so maybe this is a failed attempt at bringing an international flavor to Decker Boulevard...

The owners of this store closed it down and consolidated it with their business at US #1 fleamarket. I think its around booth 100. They sell boots and urban wear clothing, weird combo

Hmmm.. It appears someone left their horse parked out front.
