It is my prayer that the folks reading this blog can have a meaningful Easter celebration with:

- family
- church
- flowered crosses at churches (I look forward to seeing the ones that many local churches do)
- Easter egg hunts

or whatever it is that your Easter 2014 plans bring...

I'll be getting creative in the kitchen. This years menu is:

Roasted Cornish hens
Cornbread dressing with giblet gravy
Saffron rice pilaf with peas and pimentos
Sauteed Brussels sprouts with butter, herbs and garlic
Coconut cream pie

I hope everyone on here has a wonderful Easter weekend!!!!!!
