Kleen Kare Cleaners & Laundry, 777 Knox Abbott Drive: Never Opened 7 comments
This new-ish but odd little building is on Knox Abbott in between Taco Bell and Wendy's.
For the life of me I can't remember what it was right now, and am unable to come up with a street number to google it.
UPDATE 16 September 2016 -- This is one of the posts lost in a database crash. Originally it was just titled "Building", but based on the comments as I bring it back, I'm changing the post title to Kleen Kare Dry Cleaner as that what it was to be, though it never opened due to the big crash of the late 2000s.
UPDATE 11 June 2019 -- This is now Carstar auto repair. Not sure if they do the actual work at this location:

I looked in Google Street View, I thought this building may have been the Sprint store, but that is on the other side of Zaxbyb@s. Street View will let you go pull up views from previous years. The building is not there in May 2008 and is there in July 2011 but looks like it does now with no tenant. Is it possible it has never been occupied?

From what I can tell, the building was build around 2009, which was during the time of the last big Economic Meltdown. That might possible account for its never having opened.

Yep, it was built in the late 2000s, and was supposed to be a dry cleaner but they never even added signage to the building, and no occupants.

For a business that is not open, it appears the parking lot is half full. Or could that be half empty?
Either way, I think this would make a good place to open an egg salad sandwich shop.

Was going to be a Kleen Kare dry cleaner. Recession ended it before it started. Never occupied.
