Well, here's another bank branch closure. This one is at the corner of Saint Andrews Road and Old Bush River Road in Irmo. The real estate listing is here.
About the only other thing I know about it is that it was robbed in early 2018.

Folks I have seen signage indicating the property has sold and have even noted signage indicating plans to rezone this property but have not yet found any further details so stay tuned...

@Andrew - yep. I mentioned back in early January that a SOLD sign had gone up on the property. I live nearby and there has been no activity on the property yet and no one seems to have any info on what the new establishment will be. I swear if it's another damn carwash I'm going to lose my mind.

There is construction fencing around the site now and this morning workers are ripping up the parking lot.
I'm not looking forward to the traffic issues a gas station right there is going to create, but maybe it will cause the Circle K to lower their often ridiculously high gas prices.
