(I used to call it the <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=8432\">Barnes &amp; Noble<\/a> plaza).  Online reviews were <a href=http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/wingnuts-columbia\">not.. overly positive<\/a>, but then nobody goes online to leave a good review.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, the place has been on the market as a turn-key running business since last October (October 2013), as can be seen in these two <i>LoopNet<\/i> listings, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/18547382\/280-Harbison-Boulevard-Columbia-SC\/\">here<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/18404136\/280-harbison-blvd-suite-a-Columbia-SC\/\">here<\/a> listings.
