According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.free-times.com\/index.php?cat=11011507090995187&ShowArticle_ID=12291801122693755\">this Free Times story<\/a>, the same owner ran both restaurants, so it's more accurate to say that <i>Stingers<\/i> transitioned into <i>Marinoni's<\/i>.
