I believe this was the last tenant, as they booked <a href=\"https:\/\/webcache.googleusercontent.com\/search?oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aunofficial&client=firefox-a&hl=en&q=cache:yYovjEA21twJ:http:\/\/www.pennysaverusa.com\/classifieds\/services\/home-services\/computer-services-repair\/usa\/south-carolina\/lexington\/west-columbia\/29169\/cell-phone-repair-50832455.html+%221208+C+Avenue%22&ct=clnk\">an oline ad<\/a> as recently as 30 January 2012.<\/p>\n<p>I am unsure if <i>Cdn Communications<\/i> was a totally different operation, or just a different DBA name for <i>iTecRepair<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Before the newfangled stuff, the place was one of those urban staples, a bail bonding office called <i>Get U Out Bail Bonding<\/i> (some google hits give it as <i>Get U Out Fast<\/i>, but I think that was just their slogan, as pictured in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cityfeet.com\/Commercial\/ForSale\/1208-C-Avenue-West-Columbia-SC-16794097L0L1.aspx\">this real estate listing<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This little building sits on C Avenue in Triangle City just west of the Charleston Highway, and has apparently most recently been a cellphone, game console and computer repair operation called iTecRepair.
