(Hey, that's the best I could come up with..)<\/p>\n<p>This is the plaza on Harbison which is just across from the <i>Barnes & Noble<\/i> \/ <i>Olive Garden<\/i> one, and which is anchored by <i>Books-A-Million<\/i>.  I've always wondered a bit about that -- if <i>Books-A-Million<\/i> and <i>Barnes & Noble<\/i> were exactly equidistant from you, who would choose BAM?<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, it seems these Halloween stores have started to spring up in empty storefronts all over each fall.  I believe that last year, there was one on US-1 near I-26, one on Two Notch near the old <i>Circuit City<\/i> and one at Sandhill next to <i>H Gregg<\/i>.  More power to them if they can make a business of it, and create some jobs -- it still just seems kind of weird to me to make that big a deal of Halloween.  (Though as I mentioned last year, being on an escalator under a bevy of 'Naughty Nurses' is certainly inspiring).<\/p>\n<p><b>UPDATE 14 December 2016<\/b>: As mentioned in <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?page_id=11012\">Have Your Say<\/a>, a new gym, <i>Crunch Fitness<\/i> is opening (or may be open by this time) in this former <i>Gold's Gym<\/i> space in Harbison Center next to <i>2nd & Charles<\/i>, the old <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=7732\">Books-A-Million<\/a> location.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/pix\/16\/12\/p1370204.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/pix\/16\/12\/p1370204_tn.jpg\" title=\"p1370204_tn.jpg\" alt=\"p1370204_tn.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/pix\/16\/12\/p1370205.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/pix\/16\/12\/p1370205_tn.jpg\" title=\"p1370205_tn.jpg\" alt=\"p1370205_tn.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/pix\/16\/12\/p1370206.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/pix\/16\/12\/p1370206_tn.jpg\" title=\"p1370206_tn.jpg\" alt=\"p1370206_tn.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/looplink.columbia.cbre.us\/ll\/15010787\/275-Harbison-Boulevard\/\">CBRE listing<\/a> for the shopping center gives <a href=\"http:\/\/x.lnimg.com\/attachments\/C7643841-7FA8-4614-A324-EF15B231A001.pdf\">a detailed occupancy plan<\/a>.
