This house at the corner of Bush River Road and Jessie Lee Lane (in between the old Bush River Mall site<\/a> and El Chico<\/a>) has certainly seen better days.<\/p>\n

While it still seems to be basically structuraly sound (no visible leaks), the overall appearance of the property (tagging and no maintenance) leads me to conclude the owner and realtor have given up on the building and now want to sell for the land only.<\/p>\n

I'm not sure when this daycare closed. It's not in the February 1997 phonebook, and I hesitate to place it before<\/i> that, so I'm guessing in the early 2000s. A search on the address turns up a Secretary Of State's office link<\/a> for a previous daycare, Little Folks, Inc.<\/i> which went into forfeiture in 1991.<\/p>\n
