I can verify that it was still listed as being in business in the February 2007 Bellsouth phonebook, and that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecolumbiastar.com\/news\/2008-10-03\/public_notices\">it was apparently sold at a master's auction in October of 2008<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If anybody actually bought the property then, they have as yet to do anything with it.  It's a little curious that the <i>Amoco<\/i> branding is still up -- usually a company that is still around will want to get their signage off of defunct locations.<\/p>\n<p>I am a sucker for the old-style gull wing light posts such as the one in around the north side of this building.
