I can dimly remember seeing the <i>Merita<\/i> store there, and <i>Titlemax<\/i> seems to have been the most recent tenant, showing up in the February 2007 phonebook, but not thereafter.  According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.city-data.com\/richland-county\/T\/Two-Notch-Road-31.html\">Richland County<\/a> the place is currently owned by <i>Midland Holding Corp<\/i> who are apparently trying to sell it.<\/p>\n<p>The lot is also home to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oohcenter.com\/__outdoor_advertising_rent_billboard_detail__Billboard-%2030-Sheet%20Poster%20at%206801%20TWO%20NOTCH%20RD%20(N-O%20FAUST)__x2zm196tbfc7974175.aspx\">30 Sheet Poster billboard<\/a>, and if you click that link, you can see the place with the <i>Merita<\/i> store in operation, and a different paint job.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Surprisingly, given its location at the corner of Two Notch &#038; Faust Street, this building was apparently once connected with a church or some sort of religious personage.
