Well, I'm pretty pleased with myself as I was two for two again at getting photos juried into this year's State Fair Fine Arts exhibition. Mind you, I didn't win anything, but I'm happy to be there.<\/p>\n

The setup in the Cantey Building is a bit different this year as the photography exhibit is in the balcony area, which I think was an old bicycle exhibit or something like that last year. The program also noted that all the old flourescent lights in the building have been replaced with newer and whiter fixtures for more color balanced lighting on the artwork. I'm not sure I recall the old lights well enough to note the difference, but the new ones are fine.
