In the event I'm still not sure about that, though it appears to be water utility work, but while I was there, I noticed that this <i>Goodyear<\/i> car repair place on the Kroger outparcel was gone.<\/p>\n<p>There's no date on the note they left on the door, but I believe it's fairly recent.  I've used the one on Forest Drive, and they seem pretty decent, so I'm not sure what the issue here was.  From <a href =\"http:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/4327-Fort-Jackson-Boulevard-Columbia-SC-29205-Property-Record_ZpT5sIz8w\/\">this real estate report<\/a> it appears that the property was built in 1974.
