In fact, when I first saw the news from commenter Summer, I read it as <i>The Blue Marlin<\/i>, and maintained that mistaken impression through what was for me <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestate.com\/2011\/02\/18\/1700926\/woody-windham-opening-club.html\">a confusing article in The State<\/a>.  I had never suspected <i>The Blue Marlin<\/i> was a jazz club! :-)<\/p>\n<p>The space is not vacant though.  Legendary Columbia DJ Woody Windham has opened a new club called, naturally enough I suppose, <i>The Woody<\/i> in the spot.
