The only things I know about this building are that it seems (there is no address on it) to be at 2250 Gervais Street, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.city-data.com\/richland-county\/G\/Gervais-Street-16.html\">it was built in 1945 and is 280 square feet..<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Just from the looks of it, I would say that it started life as a walk-up, window-service, restaurant.
