{"id":2823,"date":"2010-11-10T02:11:23","date_gmt":"2010-11-10T07:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=2823"},"modified":"2010-11-10T02:13:00","modified_gmt":"2010-11-10T07:13:00","slug":"pioneer-machinery-3239-sunset-boulevard-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=2823","title":{"rendered":"Pioneer Machinery, 3239 Sunset Boulevard: 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"..\/pix\/10\/11\/p1180124.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/pix\/10\/11\/p1180124_tn.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I noticed this one last week when I was heading over to <i>Atlanta Bread<\/i> to see if they had pumpkin soup this year (answer: apparently not).  <i>Pioneer Machinery<\/i> was on the West side of Sunset Boulevard in-between I-20 and I-26.<\/p>\n<p>From the looks of the roadside placard, there were apprently several other businesses in the building, or at least suites for several other businesses.<\/p>\n<p>I don't know anything about <i>Pioneer<\/i> but they were apprently in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.governmentcontractswon.com\/department\/defense\/pioneer_machinery_inc_041387069.asp?yr=07\">defense contracting<\/a> and won contracts as recently as 2007.<\/p>\n<p>If you click through to the high-res picture, you can see a lost-dog poster on the phone-pole.
