This was the case on <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=20\">Two Notch<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=11178\">Garners Ferry<\/a>, and was also the case here.
