I do note, looking at Google StreetView, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/807-Bluff-Rd-Columbia-SC\/25681793\/\">this LoopNet listing<\/a>, that until sometime in 2023, this was the corporate headquarters for <a href=\"https:\/\/softdocs.com\/\">SoftDocs<\/a> which still seems to be around and whom Google thinks are still in the building...<\/p>\n<p>(Hat tip to commenter Sidney)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/807+Bluff+Rd,+Columbia,+SC+29201\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/pix\/misc\/world_map_icon.png\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was not really familiar with Sound &#038; Images, but according to their website, they provide[d] premium audio visual design and installation and event production services.
