I did a closing for <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=6216\">Rice's longtime Devine Street home<\/a> in 2012, and another when they moved from the <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=19309\">Sandhill center court<\/a> in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Now they have moved one final time from this location to 125 Outlet Pointe Boulevard as part of closing down the business for the owners' retirement.
