{"id":21642,"date":"2023-03-20T19:39:15","date_gmt":"2023-03-20T23:39:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=21642"},"modified":"2023-03-23T20:26:54","modified_gmt":"2023-03-24T00:26:54","slug":"titlemax-1427-broad-river-road-suite-a-early-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=21642","title":{"rendered":"TitleMax, 1427 Broad River Road Suite A: Early 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"..\/pix\/23\/03\/p1870209.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/pix\/23\/03\/p1870209_tn.jpg\" title=\"p1870209_tn.jpg\" alt=\"p1870209_tn.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/pix\/23\/03\/p1870210.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/pix\/23\/03\/p1870210_tn.jpg\" title=\"p1870210_tn.jpg\" alt=\"p1870210_tn.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I was getting gas at the <i>Murphy's<\/i> in the old <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=14552\">Eckerd<\/a> site at the corner of <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?tag=broad-river-road\">Broad<\/a> & <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?tag=bush-river-road\">Bush<\/a> the other day, looking at an accident at the stop light when I noticed that this <i>TitleMax<\/i> was apparently closed.<\/p>\n<p>I didn't drive over there because the intersection was wholly blocked (which is why, I think, you see people turning around in the lot in the second picture), but the sign was definitely blacked out.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/1427-Broad-River-Rd-Columbia-SC\/26834644\/\">LoopNet<\/a> also lists the building as \"For Lease\" (and has a nice picture), but I'm getting a bit of a conflicting signal from the store's <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TitleMax-1025207594203590\/\">Facebook page<\/a>, which still has posts from as late as today.
