Here's another old house post...<\/p>\n

This one is adjacent to the old Sedgewood Country Club<\/a> golf course on Garners Ferry road right across from Beulah Baptist Church<\/i>. Google maps suggests it may be 9600 Garners Ferry, but it's hard to be sure.<\/p>\n

I had some pictures of this same house last year which I lost, but my impression is that it was in much better shape then. In any case, it appears to me that someone started fixing up this house at some point, and ran out of money or interest in the project. Since then, there seem too have been some major structural events with the back right part of the house, and the back left roof.
