At any rate, <i>Party City<\/i> has been here for many years now, but the writing was sort of on the wall when they opened a new location at <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?tag=shoppes-at-woodhill\">Woodhill<\/a> in the old <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?p=17365\">Pier 1<\/a> spot.
