The last <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/best-china-buffet-columbia?sort_by=date_desc\">Yelp review<\/a> is from late 2018, so I'm going to guess they closed in 2019.  To be honest, the reviews suggest it was probably inevitable.  There seems to be one food operation still in the <a href=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/wordpress\/?tag=dutch-square\">Dutch Square<\/a> food court, but it's a far cry from the days of <i>Annabelle's<\/i>, <i>Morrison's<\/i>, <i>Chick-Fil-A<\/i> and <i>Cromers<\/i> (not to mention lunch counters in <i>Woolworths<\/i> and <i>Eckerds<\/i>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/421+Bush+River+Road,+Columbia,+SC+29210\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/columbiaclosings.com\/pix\/misc\/world_map_icon.png\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There seems to be some self-caused confusion about the name of this place, as the outside sign brands it Best China Buffet while the inside one goes with Super China Buffet.
