This building has always had a slightly odd look to me, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/1924-Blossom-St-Columbia-SC\/14137710\/\">the LoopNet listing<\/a> says that's because it was \"the first bank in 5 Points\".
